White-label practice
A branded site for doctors, psychologists and other practitioners who need one place for patients to book a consultation — and for talks, workshops and courses to live alongside the practice.
Context
Independent clinicians still split the work across a brochure site, a booking tool, a mailing list and a slide deck. Patients cannot find a slot. A talk has nowhere to live after the room empties. The practice brand is whoever built the last landing page.
What we built
A white-label platform each practitioner runs under their own name and domain. Public pages for the practice, a calendar for consultations, and a programme layer for talks, workshops and self-paced courses — the same product, restyled per clinician.
Outcome
A doctor or psychologist can stand up a complete presence: patients book, an organisation books a workshop, enrolled participants get materials in one login. New practices launch without a custom build. One live example is doktoralexandra.se.
Who it is for
Doctors, psychologists, and neighbouring practices that sell time and teaching — occupational health, coaching, specialist consulting. One practitioner or a small group. The site is theirs: name, colours, copy, domain. The machinery underneath is shared.
Booking
Patients and clients request a first conversation from the public site. Availability, confirmation and the path into a consultation sit in the product, so the practice does not send people to a third-party scheduler that does not look like the rest of the brand.
Talks, workshops and an LMS
Many of these practices also teach: a lecture for a company, a workshop for a team, a course that continues after the event. The platform holds that programme — listings, enrolment, materials — so it can run as a light learning management system, not only as a booking page with a blog.
The same person who books a consultation can later sit in a workshop or open a course. The practice does not maintain three products to cover one relationship.
